Returns & Refunds

We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction is always our first priority. “Contact Us” to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.

Our Return Policy is as follows:

  • You may return all products within 30 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged.
  • For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received.Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
  • If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact with us and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.
  • The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by creatediyproduct .
  • In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by creatediyproduct  in case of returns.

Our Refund Policy is as follows:

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your decorpersonalized Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.

Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

We understand that ordering a costume for special occasions is an important decision and will accommodate you as much as we can. However, it is important to note that all of our costumes are in stock, and once the order is shipped it cannot be canceled. Please note the following cancellation policy.
